1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GramaLogic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
GramaLogic provides a lawn care business management platform including customer management, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, time tracking, and reporting tools. We offer both free and paid plans.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to use GramaLogic.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: uploading malicious content, attempting to access unauthorized data, using the service for illegal activities, or interfering with other users. Violations may result in account termination.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. We never take a percentage of the payments you collect from your customers — those are yours. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the platform. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Free Plan
Our free plan is available at no cost for solo operators with up to 15 customers. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits or features with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
GramaLogic and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of GramaLogic is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and never sell your personal information.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
GramaLogic is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Account Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
